How to Adjust your Manifold Flow Rates?
Remove the lock clip and turn the black nut at the base of the flow gauge by hand clockwise will decrease the flow rate and anti-clockwise will increase it.Don’t force the flow gauge beyond two full turns from shut as this will cause damage to the flow gaugeFlow rate is indicated by the red marker inside the flow gauge and it will rise up or down depends of turning the black nut clockwise or anti-clockwiseOnce the flow rate has been set replace the lock clip
Does your flow meter need to be changed?Here is a little instruction how to do it.
Make a note of flow meter as set.Turn off thermostat connected to manifoldClose the flow and the return to your manifold by setting ball valves to the closed position.If you have white caps on your manifold you need to close all of them down.If you have actuators leave them on as they are naturally set in the lock stateRelease the pressure from manifoldRemove the red locking ring from the sight glass that you want to replace and lock it all the way down by turning it clockwise.Using an adjustable spanner completely loosen the nut on the underside of manifold bar and remove the pipe.Back off the underside nut and remove it.Take the spanner and remove the nut beneath the flow meter. Replace it with new flow regulator.Put the red locking ring back in placeOpen isolation valves and white cap if you have them, turn on thermostat
